"A guided path from day one"
Onboarding Process
Here's Exactly What Happens After You Say Yes
Other billing companies show you a fast timeline. We show you a guaranteed one — with a named specialist accountable at every stage, and a contractual protection if we ever miss the mark.
Five stages turn that promise into a written timeline.
Day 0 — Contract Signed & Setup Fee Received
Your onboarding officially begins the moment your agreement is signed and your setup fee is received — not sometime after. A dedicated Account Manager is assigned immediately to coordinate your implementation, ensuring a smooth, organized, and accountable transition from day one.
DAY 0
Contract signed, setup fee received — your Account Manager is assigned the same day.
The clock starts here
SAME DAY
Welcome email, secure portal access, and your document checklist — sent before Day 0 ends.
Nothing left informal
48–72 HRS
Your Lead RCM Specialist reviews practice data, payer mix, and claims — and runs your Benchmark Assessment.

STEP 1
Discovery & Benchmark Assessment
Days 1–3
Your dedicated Account Manager collects practice data, payer mix, and historical claims performance, while your Lead RCM Specialist begins working the account behind the scenes. We also run your free Benchmark Assessment against MGMA/HFMA industry data — so you see exactly where your practice stands before anything else moves.
STEP 2
Credentialing Verification & System Check
Days 4–10
Your Lead RCM Specialist confirms your existing payer credentialing status and verifies compatibility with your EHR/PM system. If credentialing gaps exist, we flag them here — not after your first denied claim.
STEP 3
Setup & Overlap Period
Days 11–21
We build your account inside our systems while your current billing process keeps running. Nothing goes dark. Nothing gets dropped between vendors.
STEP 4
Go-Live
Day 22
Your Specialist begins actively processing and submitting live claims under Reviora management. Your Account Manager personally confirms your first batch of clean claims with you — a phone call, not a dashboard ping.
STEP 5
First Scorecard Delivery
Day 30
You receive your first MOA Benchmark Scorecard — Clean Claim Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, Denial Rate, Days in AR, and Net Revenue Recovery — measured against your written guarantee thresholds, starting month one.
We know switching billers feels risky. That's why every stage above has a name attached — not a department, a person who answers to you. And unlike most billing companies, our benchmarks aren't a sales promise. They're written into your contract, backed by the Benchmark Recovery Protocol if we ever fall short.
Switching From Your Current Biller
Staying Put Isn't the Safe Choice. It's the Risk You're Already Taking.
Switching billers feels risky. But every month you stay with a biller missing industry benchmarks, you're already losing revenue — quietly, and without a contract that requires anyone to fix it.
Here's exactly how we protect you through the transition — and what we do differently once you're here.
"Will my data and records get lost in the handoff?"
Your Account Manager coordinates the full transfer of patient billing records, claims history, and payer credentialing data directly with your outgoing biller as part of Discovery. Nothing is left for your front office to chase down manually.
"What happens to my cash flow while you're setting up?"
Your existing billing process continues running through our Setup & Overlap Period, so claims keep moving while your Reviora account is built behind the scenes. You're not choosing between "old system" and "no system" at any point in the transition.
"Will my patients notice, or get confused about billing?"
Patient-facing statements and communication are coordinated with your practice before go-live, so your patients experience continuity — not a visible vendor change. Your team is briefed on what's changing before your patients ever are.
"What if it's not actually better a year from now?"
You're not taking our word for it. Your performance is measured monthly against five written benchmarks. If we ever fall short, our Benchmark Recovery Protocol activates automatically — a structured, contractual process to get your numbers back on track. That's not a policy. It's in the contract.
The real risk was never switching. It's staying with a biller that no one is contractually required to hold accountable. We built Reviora so that risk goes away — in writing, not just in promises.

30 Minutes to Find Out If There's a Fit
This isn't a sales call. It's a 30-minute conversation with a real Account Manager about your current numbers, your specialty, and whether the Managed Outcomes Agreement actually makes sense for your practice.
Before the Call
Nothing required. If you have recent denial or AR reports handy, bring them — but they're not necessary to talk.
During the Call
We ask about your specialty, current billing setup, and where things are falling short. You ask us anything.
After the Call
You'll know whether Reviora is a fit — and if it is, what the Guardian tier and next steps actually look like.

What to Expect (Pricing & Investment)
You're Not Buying Hours. You're Buying Outcomes, Backed in Writing.
Most billing companies quote you a percentage of collections and hope for the best. We structure every engagement around five written performance benchmarks — measured monthly, with a contractual process if we ever fall short.
Every practice's specialty mix and claim volume changes the math — so here's how we structure engagements, not a generic rate card.

Why don't we post a rate card?
Because a generic percentage doesn't reflect your specialty, your payer mix, or your current claim volume — and we'd rather show you real numbers on a call than a rate that doesn't actually apply to your practice. Pricing is flexible by design, built around what your practice needs.
Every engagement includes a dedicated Account Manager, a named RCM Specialist, and a monthly scorecard measured against your written performance guarantee — not a promise, a contract.
FAQ
Real Questions, Answered Plainly
No hedging, no fine print buried in a PDF you'll never open. Here's what clinics actually ask before they sign.
What happens if you miss a benchmark? +
Two consecutive monthly misses on any of your five written benchmarks automatically activates our Benchmark Recovery Protocol — a structured process to identify what's causing the shortfall and correct it. This isn't discretionary. It's built into the contract, not left to a case-by-case conversation.
Can I leave if it's not working? +
Yes. If a benchmark miss goes unresolved for two consecutive quarters after the Benchmark Recovery Protocol has activated, your contract includes a penalty-free exit clause. You are never locked into a relationship that isn't delivering what was promised.
What happens to my current billing staff or software? +
We work within your existing EHR/PM system rather than requiring you to switch platforms. If you have in-house billing staff, many practices transition them into patient-facing or front-office coordination roles once Reviora takes over claims management — we'll talk through what makes sense for your team during your consultation.
How is Reviora different from other billing companies? +
Most billing companies sell you a service. We sell you a written performance guarantee — the Managed Outcomes Agreement — with five measurable benchmarks, a named Account Manager accountable for your results, and a contractual process if we fall short. Credentialed specialists make every decision on your account; technology supports them, it doesn't replace them.
Do you work with my specialty? +
We specialize in six verticals: Wound Care, Orthopedic, General & Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dermatology, and Multi-Specialty practices. Your RCM Specialist is matched to your specialty's specific coding and documentation requirements, not assigned generically across every claim type.
Why does clean claim rate matter so much? +
Most denials aren't complex coding failures — they're preventable front-end errors. The American Medical Association's 2023 Physician Practice Benchmark Survey found that demographic and technical mistakes, like an outdated insurance ID or a missing prior authorization number, account for the majority of claim denials industry-wide. Left unresolved, industry benchmarking puts the average cost of reworking a single denied claim well into the double digits in staff time alone, on top of the revenue delay itself. That's why a high clean claim rate isn't a vanity metric: every point below it compounds into staff hours spent on rework instead of patient care. Your written Clean Claim Rate benchmark exists to catch these errors before submission, not chase them down after a denial.

Your Revenue Deserves a Written Guarantee, Not a Hope
A named Account Manager. A dedicated RCM Specialist working your claims. Five written benchmarks. A contractual process if we ever fall short. That's what's waiting on the other side of a 30-minute conversation.
